LRS-1310 Series 3-Phase Multi-Function watt-hour Meter testing equipment

I. Applications
This device is suitable for verifying various electronic and inductive type 3-phase watt-hour meters, 3-phase multi-function electronic meters, 3-phase multi-rate watt-hour meters and 3-phase prepyment watt-hour meters, capable for the active or reactive forward/backward four-quadrant verification. This product is in conformity with 3 or 4-line real reactive standard to support the verification of various manual reactive or really reactive watt-hour meters.

II. Functions and characteristics
* The housing adopts the special aluminum alloy material, with firm and beautiful appearance as well as easy operation, and is light and convenient for transportation;
* Single-phase power supply, convenient for using in circumstances;
* Multi quick protection system, high reliability, audible and visual alarm;
* Special keyboard, which can provide the combined and separate phase features of each meter automatically upon manual meter check, making the manual verification more convenient;
* Support fully automatic verification to the startup, shunt running, basic error, standard deviation and 8-hour and 24-hour variation of the watt-hour meter as per the requirements of regulations.;
* Large current output（0~100A）, convenient for verifying the large current watt-hour meter;
* Support the unbalanced voltage effect test, frequency test, harmonic wave test, and negative phase sequence test etc;
* Support the verification of the watt-hour meter with different constants, and have the constant calibration function;
* Special connecting box with the automatic connecting function for open circuit;
* Special optic sampler supporting automatic collection of mechanic black spot and light-on signal of electronic meter LED;
* Special pulse sampling interface with the high voltage isolated circuit, which is capable for preventing the wrong switch-in of high voltage;
* Support the meter running test as per the quantity of watt-hour or time or pulses;
* Support the measurement of the real time parameters such as power, voltage, current, phase, power factor, frequency etc. and the display of the real time vector diagram;
* Support the input of various bar codes.
* Equipped with RS485, convenient for connecting with various imported or domestically made electronic watt-hour meters;
* Support automatic detection of communication
* The communication protocol complies with all stipulations of DL/T645-1997 and IEC1107, and can be changed as per user’s requirements;
* Have the clock reference and GPS clock（optional）.

III. Other functions
Adopting special wiring, plus special EMCS2002 meter calibration system software, it can perform various tests to the 3-phase electronic multi-function, multi-rate watt-hour meter without changing the wire. Moreover, the following functions may be combined at random or used separately, making the operation easy and rapid.
